Routing Issue?.

Is anyone else having the same issue? The route to SoftLayer's servers goes through U.S.

Even Google's ping is 230 which should be around 30.

Who do I talk to or complain about this?
 
Guys? Please help me out over there. Are other YOU Telecom users facing the same issue?
 
As an ACT user am also facing similar issue... Pings to Europe,US etc are high since 3 weeks... can u kindly do a trace on this 87.98.133.188
Its a german server...
