rf out of asianet digital

----------last month i baught one stb from asianet digital.my rf out from cable is 57%.asianet boy told me rf out of my connection is very less.i'm facing some problems in my connection now.picture gets freezed some times.i think it is because of my poor rf out.how much is the minimum rf out require for smooth viewing erperience???i need everyone's advice and suggestions in that.....help me........

I assume you meant that the signal level is 57. I am not sure whats the ideal signal should be. Anyway low signal levels will lead to delayed startup as well as picture freezes. Call asianet customer care five times a day till they rectify it. The issue could be due to some loose joints in your cable line.
