Has anyone tried getting act to set a custom reverse DNS hostname when you use their static ip package?

Is there even a static IP package? I wasn't charged anything here in Chennai albeit their implementation of this is still behind NAT with DMZ for some reason. I would love to get a 'proper' static IP if there is any.

And no, trying to set custom hostname in my setup doesn't work for obvious reasons but I wouldn't think even those with an actual static IP would work either unless you tell Act to set the hostname for you.

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer,
Yep, they have a "static ip" package which is, as you said, still NATted. I also called ACT and after 3 hours of holding as i was escalated, someone told me that only comes with the enterprise plans. Yay, joy!

...
Why can't we just have a working static IP with reverse dns?
