Require recommendations for two laptops for different purposes

Budget Rs. 25000
Usage: General computing.

Second one:
Budget: Nothing specific.
Usage: AutoCAD and similar software for an architect/interior designer.

I am personally tempted to recommend Dell XPS 13 for the second one.

Surface Book is not on sale in India. Pro does not come with the keyboard attachment. Recommending a PC is such a pain in the ass these days.
