But, if they are not going to answer, then why publish numbers in the site?
 
lol i am assuming that the decision to publish their numbers on the website is not in their hands 😀

i mean i have found the phone numbers of BSNL JTO of my region online. but the guy does not like it when i call him!

Earlier they used to pick but donno now they dont seem to ans, that is why I always send a mail to them and they call promptly.
