Request Timed out from 59.179.243.70

I am just curious as to why i am getting 'Request Timed out' when i ping 59.179.243.70(MTNL's Preferred DNS Server)?No problem in pinging any other sites or open dns or even the alternate DNS Server of MTNL, i.e. 203.94.243.70.😱This thing just started about 10 minutes back. I was getting reply earlier.
 
This has happened to me many times over the last 3 months, their DNS severs seem to go on the blink on a regular basis. Started again from Sat 18-7-09. Now I use OpenDNS which usually has a latency of 208 - 209 now its anyhwere between 265 - 309 ms. Seems MTNL has a problem which they cant seem to fix. Another problem is sudden downgrading of your sync rates when there is frequent DC. :notallowed: 😡
