request timed out every few minutes

i got a new connection yesterday i used to have old connection i was getting request timed out every few minutes but i thought getting new connection helps it and technician said that there wont be any problem but no the problem still exists worst internet ever seen in my life scamming customers withg money saying fake words abt new connection wont have any problem
