Reliance Wimax.... Some Questions

M planning to go for Reliance Wimax connection... Plan is 600kb speed for 1500/- unlimited....Q.1 Concerned person told me that there is no fair usage policy in reliance.. is it trueQ.2 It was also mentioned that in this connection my speed (in case of real time downloading for downloading torrents and softwares, etc.) would be anywhere between 400 to 500 kbps... i want to knw... is it true .... if yes then wat about the divide by 8 rule.Q.3 wat about the stability in this connection... as the TIKONA and a local player SPIDIGO are also using hiring reliance connection for their use.Q.4 A static ip will b provided by them... will it cause any problem and wat type of login is required... is it webpage login or direct lan plug and playQ.5 and the most imp. question do they block torrents..
