Reliance Wimax Broadband: Reliance wimax static IP and IP Messenger

I was using reliance wimax connection with dynamic ip. After logging in to their website and connecting to internet when I ran IP messenger I was able to see other reliance wimax users from my area who also ran IP Messenger on their computer. This is normal as they left the ports open.I switched to static ip. Now when I ran IP messenger software I am unable to view other users. I even tried forwarding the ports (2425 and 3535 ) on the ZyXEL wireless router as they were the ports used by IP messenger. I also added the static IP on "Broadcast setup for Wide Area Network" in IP Messenger->Settings. But no luck.Is anyone using IP messenger to communicate with other reliance wimax users?Will it work in reliance wimax static IP too? :imwink:
