I have tried to login in WiMax Antena by setting ip 192.168.1.22 and then telnet 192.168.1.1 it works....


admin/admin or root/telsimawl works...

My question is i have a wimax connection and want to use the connection from 2 places i have wimax hardware setup and reliance guys..gave me a static IP connection
speed is 1mbps do i need..to do any additional configuration for setting up...

also i need.... to know any other usefull commands from antena login... other then sh bs

If it has a WAN port, a LAN port and WiFi, it should work perfectly fine. Just make sure you secure it with WPA2 unless your WiFi cards/laptops are old and don't support it.

Reliance doesn't seem to be too popular over here, does it? I have applied for an adsl connection (no WIMAX for me). And am still waiting for the bloody thing.

well it took 20 days for them to come back to my application and more over applying online is just sick, after filling the form at the end the confirmation pop up comes says "thank you for applying, someone will get in touch with you soon!!" lolz what kind of joke is that? it looks like some bloody college project. reliance dosnt have online billing as well. ( pathetic huh! u always have to go to reliance connect/ office ( for me its 10 kms away from my home :( ) but finally the guy came to me and asking for wi-max connection because they cant give me wireline.
