I am opting for reliance thunder 699 plan, i dont have a reliance land line so i am aware of 600 installation charges and am ok with it, what i want to know is customer care tells me my area is feasable but when i spoke to a reliance web world guy he tells me my area is not fesable, so just wanted to know from ppl who have reliance bb how they provide wireline connection without landline, do they give us a setup box just like for Tata Sky etc or they connect to local telephone wire or how i wanted to know.
