Reliance - Surf addiction 500 Kbps - plan upload speed high compare to download - - why ?

i have reliance connection (Surf addiction 500 Kbps)i use speed test.. the reslt as follows,download speed- 116kbpsupload speed- 570kbpsi dont understand why this happen ? as per adsl the download speed higher compare to upload speed..pls anybody help on this.. (i'm using Nokia seimens bsnl wi-fi router)

You can expect to get atleast over 400 kbps downlink. I doubt your router is at fault. Contact cc, also, check your line's sync rate.

Sync rates are fine. line stats are good. Call customer care and complain.
