Hi.My name is Avinashi have thunder 549 1mbpsI'am getting speed 15-25kBpsNormally i get 124kBpsfrom one week i am geting low speed and high latency/Ping 2000ms every day And on reliance page when i click on My account>My plan i cant see my plan's name? Befour i use to see BOLT_549 now nothingmy subscriber ID:314308522755
