I am on Reliance 549 (revised 599) thunder plan - 1mbps.
bill cycle is 11
Now if i want to migrate to 2mbps (699) plan, then they said to place an request.
But how will the next bill be generated?
Suppose i get upgraded to 2 mbps on 25th November and i get 2mbps speed Upto 11th Dec ( my bill cycle ends) ; for 11-nov to 11-dec the bill has already been paid. So how will they calculate my next bill?
Will i Hey two bills or i will have free upgraded speed for 15 days?
Anyone who has passed through this? Any guide?
