Reliance Infocomm has released their latest scheme for their prepaid and post paid range of customers. The company has launched their latest tariff plans and they would now be charging Rs. 1 per minute on calls made all over India! In a way, Reliance has done what the Communications Minister Dayanidhi Maran envisioned a couple of months ago through the ‘OneIndia’ plan bringing uniform call rates across the country.
Reliance’s “One Nation, One Tariff” would offer calls anywhere in India at Re 1 per minute. Reliance Infocomm President (Wireless) SP Shukla said in a statement: “This is our New Year’s gift to subscribers. They can now exchange greetings without worrying much about the calling rates. Coming close on the heels of the ‘Lifetime validity voucher’, this plan will further increase the options for our subscribers.”
