Hi all, Can anyone help me out ?I have purchased reliance netconnect datacard - 6 months back. They promissed so many offers , including speed will get 3 mb in wireless data card.Even 10 kbs i am not able to get , i have closed the datacard connection.Problem: I have requested to close the connection and submitted the form of customer feedback , which they requested.After few days i got a call from customer care , i have communicated not interested to continue. But now they generated the new bill , if i ask they are saying that based on the phone call we have activated.I have no dues to pay, also not used the datacard past 3 months.I have given written statement not interested to continue , also paied all dues .Its roundrobin process ? I have contected nodel office . they ask me to connect one tollfree no. that no not in use .but every day i am getting calls from . ?What shall i do for that ? can anyone give suggession for me .so that its helpfull for me .Thanks,Ragunathan
