Reliance NetConnect crashes on Snow Leopard

Hi, I have macbook. I had mac os 10.5.8 and i am using Reliance NetConnect. Recenlty i upgraded my os to snow leopard and i could not open Reliance NetConnect wizard. New OS crashes this reliance connect window and all old softwares. Any mac users have faced this problem and have some guidelines. Regards,Haresh.
