Well Here is How to install EC168C DRIVEr for SNOW LEOPORD 10.6.0 or 10.6.1
Well The Older Version of Netconnect Driver Works only with MAc OSX 10.5.8...
Once you Install Snow Leopard your device will stop working.
You will need to Download the Following
1. Mobile Connect Driver 4.15.
2. HUAWEI_UMTS_Dashboard_MACB301D 11SP00C03(ISO).zip
The above Files can be found on this link
Test download - Huawei Device

Once you install them...
You will Need to Copy the Mobile Partner to your Applications Folder
Once you have done That...
1. Unplug your Device , restart and insert the device..
2. Start Mobile Partner from applications folder
3. Do Not use the Standard Reliance Connection Provided, it will connect, but not work.
4. Go to Tools, Options and Create a new Connection
Access Number : #777
Username : 93xxxxxxxx ( without Zero) at the start
Password : 93xxxxxxxx ( without Zero ) at the Start
Connection Method : use CHAP
Save the Connection, Click Default to make it the default connection
Well Note after you have plugged the Device it takes a couple of minutes for the device to load, after which the connection button goes active, therefore please wait for some time, if the connection but does not get active then check your system preferences if they are not locked or try another USB port
