Hi guys, I have an old reliance netconnect+ device. If I purchase a cdma sim can I activate netconnect+ services on that and use the same plans which are listed on websites ?

No. You would need to do MDN transfer from RUIM to netconnect device. Not sure if reliance would do that.
would you please elaborate ? as I know MDM is mobile number what kind of conversion you are talking about?

In a nutshell you can't activate netconnect+ plans on a CDMA sim. You can only activate CDMA mobilenet plans and the 41/949/2799/4999 unlimited plans.
