The information given above can be wrong. Since i checked for CDMA Galaxy S4 and for that too it shows non sim based phone. But the fact is that S4 cdma is a sim based phone

I am still waiting for S3 to came back to stock. Even 16 GB Moto G would work but 8 GB not a good deal

Taking full amount upfront on device is INSANE.
Such bullsh*t is available at Indian Mobile Operators Only, Exclusive Sh*t from your fav. operator, in other countries the carrier bears the initial cost + finance and gives users only a condition for 24-36 months that they would pay the FIXED RENTAL, which will give them certain package and the device cost would be drawn from it.
In India operators want you to pay them full amount + Hefty charges for some shitty plan which includes so and so hick ups, and warranty I am sure you would need
to bang your head on these people to get it repaired.
