I placed an order with Jio Mart on 26th. The website said (and I even got an sms) that it would be delivered in 2 days. It has been 5 days now and still I don't have any idea about my order. Not a single sms or call from them. Their customer care number is always busy. The expected delivery date on their website keeps going forward everyday.
Very unprofessional behavior. At least some communication should have been there that your order will be delayed or something, But nothing.
I strongly advice against ordering from Jio Mart till the service becomes stable (if it can).
I have written a mail to them about my order. Lets see what happens.

My neighbour placed an order with Jiomart. They promised to deliver on 26th May but never fulfilled it. No text message, no notification, no way to check the real time status of the order. Finally he cancelled the order and he's still waiting for the refund which has not been received till date.

Seems a scam to me.

same thing happened with my friend. Order details gaayab !

Contradictory to the experience shared by the members in this thread, my experience turned out to be pretty good. They delivered my order at my door step and in a nicely packed cloth bag. I'm still wondering why the marked my order "Refund Initiated" 🤔. I think it's a technical issue.

It has been a week since I placed the order. Lets see what happens now. At least some progress.

I was called down to a location 2 - 3 mins away from my place and was told to bring a big carry bag as they have brought it in those rectangle carts.

Had to do this drill twice as they messed up first.

Yeah. Amazon Pantry is the only option right now. Probably Flipkart Supermart too but the products they have in stock are far lesser.

Prime Now was a good option too but that is also unavailable right now.

Pantry is working well. Order placed day before. Partial order arrived today. Remaining coming tomorrow.

Am i the only one not even thinking to place an order? Afterall its reliance. All sure it won't be pleasant experience.

I think this can happen with any company. I experienced this with BB, three times. The drivers were a bit inexperienced about the area and there were barricades at unexpected places. But what I loved the most about JioMart is the delivery bag. Pretty high quality. Malls charge separately for these bags.

@igloo I gave it a try because I wanted 1.2 KGs cornflakes, which was available only on JioMart. :p
