So I was right
The new ONT with SD of 2500 comes with Single Band wifi (2.4Ghz). Everyone should avoid this because coverage is not good for this device.
If someone wants peace of mind then he should go for ONT worth SD 4500 and for people who want to tinker around should go for ONT worth SD 1500 which comes without LAN.

There should be atleast one LAN port in 1500rs ONT. You can connect your wifi modem via lan with ONT.

My bad. I meant no WIFI. There will be LAN ports in that router.

2. Reliance Jio TV (DTH) will work on the WiFi or does it require Ethernet Connection to the Reliance DTH Box?

I wonder how multi TV will work with Jio fiber TV, like in Tata Sky how you can have two connections or more.

Also it will be a pain if the modem and TV boxes have to be close together near the TV itself. I will prefer the modem to be near my PC and TV box to be near the TV 😀

Speedtest results remains the same.
Ports a gigabit.
Please stop calling an IPTV service as DTH.
All these finer details will be out once they start beta testing the service.

Please let us know if you are able to put that ONT in Bridge Mode and use your OWN router for port forwarding and routing purpose.

I had corrected my statement. It comes without WiFi but with LAN ports.
