There will be a separate charge for TV. Otherwise they would have proudly trumpeted 600 channels included for free etc. Why do you think there is mo mention of even Jio tv app?

Gold plan for Rs 31,176

Under the Gold plan, there are three variations available. For 12 months, you will get a total of 12,000GB data and save Rs 2,598. For the six months plan, you will get a total of 4,500GB data and save Rs 1,299. For the three months plan, you will get 1,875GB data.

This plan will offer speeds of up to 250Mbps. With this plan, subscribers will get a Jio Home gateway and the 4K Set Top Box as complimentary. Under the Welcome Offer, subscribers will get a 24-inch HD Tv worth Rs 12,990 if they opt for the 2-year plan.

Jio has released the prices of the plans officially. JioFiber monthly plans will start from Rs 699 and offer the Jio Home Gateway as well as the Jio 4K set Top Box for free.

They are making jio tv as paid service.
Till now they provide for free.
And they are decreasing the data/ increasing plans in jio4g in few months.

They need to do that. Increase the price and reduce data on 4G for people to take fiber in large numbers. Of course it will be done slowly.
