Reliance Jio Wifi Mesh Extender Power LED orange light

My Jio Mesh Extender all of a sudden isn't connecting, and just shows orange light for power.
Anyone experienced something similar?

I am having the same issue. Only solid orange light on the mesh. Called the jio cc , asked to visit the service centre for the same.

You will find that in the myjio app->help & support->find the nearest jio store then you will see a tab for it.

I am facing same issue. It is stuck in the power light mode and not even reset button working. CC Centre saying they have no idea for this.

So i did visit the service centre. He simply checked that my device is 14 months old. Out of warranty....and asked me to buy a new device as this device repair would cost Rs.2200/-. There is no scope for repair.

Anyone else managed to get it repaired?
