Finally Jio 5G rolled out in our area. Near tower speed is around 1Gbps (n78, SA 3500) and where I live it's 200 Mbps (SA 700) (3 Km away). Still good tho.

I’m getting 10Mbps on SA700, I used to get SA3500, I don’t know what happened I’ve been getting SA700, now I can’t even ask CC to move me to 3500, and I’m stuck on SA700 now, since I cannot root

Jio is pretty inconsistent with its n28. At my hostel, with good strength and SNR, i never crossed 5 mbps but always used to get 300-400 on avg on n78. At my home, on n78, again on avg its 400-500 and on n28, its around 50mbps on avg

I mean it depends. How many people using which band/frequency (n28, n78). Also if your chipset supports CA on 5G (700+3500). My phone has Dimensity 1200 (4.7Gbps DL, 2.5Gbps UL - Theoretical ofc). I also tested with other phones (chipsets). Speed varies. For same reason I am thinking of buying big ass 5G ODU (costs above freaking 40k). So I can lock bands and achieve CA on demand.

Never mind, it seems there are no other bands in my area other than n28 😅, which is weird considering I was getting 300-400Mbps probably a month back

So it seems to be a 4 hour outage. 5g signal is back but it’s fluctuating a lot between 4g and true 5g

So when jio 5g signals came back and got stable at late night, my speed has reduced from 1.2 gbps to 500-600mbps

doesnt go beyond that
