The gst part I am aware of my query to CC via chat (waste of time with them) was 84.36 was carry forward while the annual plan was 1699+100. So top-up/IUC from new plan has not been added yet🤔☹
Is the IUC added to the old IUC immediately on purchase (by any chance)?

Not sure what you mean. No top-up is done when the plan gets activated. If you recharged for 1699+100, then the 84.36 that you see now is from the time of recharge. At activation time, only the plan gets activated, nothing else.
