Looks like they are finally worried about ARPU
 
It was an open secret that they weren't following the TRAI mandate before. Maybe even putting it from their own pockets. Seems like they don't care anymore now that they're the largest operator.
 
The above number has not been used and recharged since 1.5 or 2 years. Had disposed of the SIM. Thought this number would have been recycled by now. Surprisingly got this mail yesterday.
Pretty sure it had 0 top up balance so don't know if the balance has become negative or not.
 
And here I was thinking about reviving my old Jio number which I had thrown 4;years ago. To butcher it further, I even submitted to delink that number from my Aadhar. 😂
