@zexan according to link is given by you Xiaomi Redmi 4x (Redmi 4 in India) support CA but none of the xiaomi devices support CA in India.

@ there are multiple ways to know this. Most of the phones display LTE+ or 4g+ icon else root your device and use network Signal guru app or service menu code to access hidden service menu

Yes S7 supports. My fathers S7 edge is showing 3CA.
