Reliance Jio Setup box stuck at 480p, resolution settings not showing up in options.

Try a different hdmi cable? I would also ask to try a different TV but that is not really convenient lol

Change the HDMI cable, I had the same problem and it fixed after using a different HDMI cable.

Great response. Thank you. After changing the cable, not only it automatically switched to 1080p, I also started to see 4k option. As of now, I am running at 4k60hz and it's amazing. Tha m you everyone for posting this.

Tried changing cable. Still same problem. Sharp TV LC-32LE185M and Jio Fiber stb. Any resolutions anyone?

Abc123, what about now is your issue solved because I'm having the same problem with Jio STB while other company's STB is still supporting 1080p

In Jio Set top box I changed the resolution to 720p but after 10-12 seconds it changes back to 480p. Can someone tell me the fix
