Reliance JIO network down in Pune?

Today (29/03/2017), I am not getting JIO network from around 2 PM. Its down for my other colleague as well. City: Pune.
Anybody facing network issue in Pune or any other regions?

Maybe they are upgrading network or something

Hadapsar, Pune. Network was down from ~2 PM. Later sometimes around 6 PM it started working fine.
If they were indeed upgrading or making some changes, it was not right time. They should do it at midnight.
