i did a speed test using Jio.In the begining Speed was very high around 150Mbps but then it goes down to around 100Mbps.Even tried downloading in playstore in begining speed was around 17MB/Sec but then it went around 12.5MB/Sec and remained nearly constant.I tried with 3CA on s9+ and on OnePlus 7 both same results.Jio should not cap the speeds till High Speed data is left with the user.

This the video of speed test as well as a Download from Play store

Bruh, is the Jio tower above ur house or somethin? because those rsrp and sinr numbers are very good for high speed and stable connection

not exactly on my building but yes it is on the top of adjacent building which is just around 30 metres away from my building. But could not get high speed fir more than milli seconds after which it restricts to 100mbps

@Ak5877 the Airtel 4g tower is right beside my apartment building but still i don't get these good values nor speed stability. For the speed restriction issue try 1.1.1.1 VPN app n see because i get little increase in speed when i use this vpn. so, it may bypass the speed restriction but i am not sure

thanks bro i will try as soon as my high speed data is renewed.

Bro i just want to say that jio is already capping our speeds to 64kbps after we use up our high speed Quota but before that they should not cap it atall.Airtel is not capping the speeds like jio a user Rehan kumar got around 126Mbps on Airtel constantly but i don,t have even proper CA of airtel in my state jharkhand.3+40 is there but it gives infact slower speeds than without CA.

Ajgamer Bro i don,t use mobile data for downloading or streaming.and even if they remove capping it won,t impact others bro as even if you are getting 100Mbps your data will be used very very fast.in my case it just lasts around 1 hour after that 64kbps which i don,t think will impact any one.And rest of the day i have to use my 100Mbps home broadband. In Fact airtel is not capping the speed bro.So even if they remove capping it won,t affect others bro.I just wanted to get the full potentional of my phone with 3CA.And bro people are moving towards Gigabit LTE and you are considering 100mbps enough bro.

Jio may cap the speeds because of many constraints.
Most of the towers are not served by fiber rather use microwave backhaul which has very limited bandwidth.
The Indian population is very high and the data usage is very high compared to the western countries due to the cheaper price.
They have to put checks in place to serve all thier customers.
TBH I think 100 Mbps on LTE is damn good.

Vignesh You are right bro.But despite of these Airtel is not Capping the speeds till High speed data is left. You can see a thread of airtel carrier aggregation where a User Rehan kumar got around 126Mbps constantly on his zuk z2 bro.And yes 100Mbps is good enough in fact 40Mbps is good. And i don,t think even if i use their high speed for just 1 hour or less as at 100mbps+ speeds 1.5GB data gets consumed within 1 hours or less bro and after that 64Kbps so it won,t impact other customers bro.
