Reliance Jio Fiber Queries

I don't understand why Reliance would deploy the Fiber Cables and White Boxes on the Poles but aren't activating the area or proceeding further?

Few of the poles still don't have white boxes. It feels like they have just abandoned the area.

In my locality they laid the conduits in dec 2014 but started feeding the FOC into it only in Nov 2018. They came to my colony in Dec 2018. I got my connection activated in Jan 2019. Real slow pokes.

Well that ping is really bad for an all fiber connection.

Jio isn't known for the best ping. Shit routing. but I get 40ms on fornite so it's not all bad.

Looks like they are going jio 4g route of providing shit service but it will be cheap so everyone will still take it.
I just want them to lower prices of competition so I can take ACT or something.

If I remember correctly they did fix their routing few months back. Are they now again using bad routing?

@ajgamer Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Cloudping.info results are better than before. I don't know why airtel Delhi had so much high ping.

results are pretty good considering how far shubham is located from mumbai(1730km) and delhi(257km) ....airtel has high ping from kolkata too there some issue in their backbone i guess

@Shubham I am giving airtel benefit of doubt.

Check Delhi ACT Fiber and Excitel

If these two also shows high ping then something is wrong with routing.

Okay. Results seems to be good. I am though doubting if the Ping rises in the night (because of network congestion)?

I used to face same issue with Hathway. Because all the tests of your's from night didn't have good upload speeds.

Edit: I just checked your night results. The Airtel Server selected for Delhi is Airtel's Mobile Server (not Broadband).

Give it a try again with Airtel Broadband as the server in Delhi.

I don't think so that is the case. I play fortnite at night and I haven't faced any ping issues yet. Upload speeds were low for only Airtel servers when I tested on other servers the upload speed was as usual.

I will test again tonight again to confirm.

@ajgamer Just did the test, same issue with Airtel Broadband server as well.
84 ping
22 Mbps download
18 Mbps upload.

Okay. I don't know what's cooking but it's strange. Anyways, Let's see if they improve the routing (any of them who is messing).
