Reliance GSM Roaming Charges

Hi !I am from mumbai. I purchased Reliance GSM sim and activated it.Last week i travelled to Bordi which is in Maharashtra only.Before leaving i conformed from web world that there will be no roaming charges on incoming calls in Maharashtra and Goa. They assured me that incoming is free in Maharashtra and Goa.But actually i was charged @ Re 1 per minute for incoming calls.😡Fortunately i checked balance after first incoming call and saved.I dont have any problem as i have another vodafone number which provides free incoming in Maharashtra and Goa.

Talk to their customer care if there exists any...😛
