Reliance GSM Network problem 44'H,ME Error

finally i got reliance sim, the networks is good in some areas. when i put the sim in the cellphone it show "INA 13" which is reliance network the signal strength bar is also 100% but after selecting the network i get an error displaying "44'H,ME Error" and after displaying the error it shows "NO access to network"does any one has any idea what kind of error is this about and how it can be fixed???i have tested the same in my area using different cellphones:-HTC, Sony ericsson, Nokia.location:- vasai, papdy.have been facing the problem since the service is launched.. but yust my neighbouring areas r getting full network.

I think it means... the sim is not activated from the service provider .. why dont u call the CC and check with them ..

the sim is activated and it works in other places...... but it doesnt wrks at my place

my brother is also RGSM cust..network is still very bad signals r not goodi think u have to wait while reliance upgrade its gsm network srength

and still yet i get the message "Emerg. calls only" y is it so?? any idea.

Reliance Gsm network didn't improve in my are from last 1&half year...I am just getting 1 signal bar in indoor locations...

Reliance Signal Looses in My BathroomCant even send SMS and i live in the Area wth Lots of GSM Towers around..Reliance also.Customer Care is Never Approachable.

This error msg appears when the sim is just inserted or the network is refreshed.
I've seen this in every rGSM SIM..
it happens because of sim action..in which it tries to send some USSD code but fails.

AND me too is facing the "Emergency calls only" problem with rGSM in Agra city.
I managed to register a complaint for this wih their Nodal officer.
After few weeks they called me telling that a new network site has been erected in my area. but the conditions have worsened.

When I call their network engg. he says- "bhai saab site down ho jaati hogi,load bahut hai"
*WTF?

After doing a research on tariffs n networks of various companies I have decided to go 4 Docomo for their simple plans.
