Reliance broadnet: the worst ever experience with broadband

Hey dude.. I stay in Marathalli.. close to HSR layout.. The problem is people who handle Reliance are also hathway's dealers.. and I just dont trust them.. They are gundas.. if u shout on them .. They wont even think twice before beating u up..Btw, my connection is up and running.. surprsingly.. no one visited my house and I didnt get a call from anyone.. huh.. the connectivity is good from reliance.. the speed is just fantastic.. lets se..tomorrow am going to BSNL's office..

Does your local cablewalla provide internet services? Most of the local cablewallas provide Internet at normal rates.

airtel gave me a working iptv connection within 30 hours after i contacted the senior people... and these 30 hours included a sunday when the wiring was done. the wiring people had their day off on that day but they were specifically told to do it on that day itself.

Same here! The Airtel guy who does wiring and all came on Sunday to my place! He did all the wiring and went away. On Monday, an engineer came to my place. He installed the modem and activated the connection.

Within the last 40 days, BSNL was down for 5 days. During the same period, Airtel had 0 downtime. We all hate FUP but when it comes to reliablity and support, Airtel is the best fukkin ISP in India.

I went to BSNL this morning.. submitted my forms.. WL#9 for Landline and WL#67 for BB.. Ha Ha.. I even tried giving the field engineer some money he said.. "I cant do anything, the connection will be given in order, its not in my hand"..

Speed seems to be good from reliance.. But the only problem is there connection is down for almost 10 days every month..

I am using the Reliance Broadnet (DSL based broadband) for the past 11 months and its very good, may be cause the distribution box is just on the terrace of our building that is why the connection is so good, I also have a BSNL broadband and Reliance is any day better than that.

The only issue I have with reliance is their silly login system, which can sometimes be a pain!

BTW I have their 1 Mbps unlimited connection and I always get a little more than the promised speeds 🙂

I too facing the reliance broadband issue, from the day 3 of installation it starts giving me problem. almost from last 20 days my phone and internet not working. Customer care is also not worked, coz after giving complaints about so many times still problem is not solved.
