Reliance Broadband (wired) down in western suburbs - mumbai

Reliance Internet connectivity (wired connection) been down for a week and customer care says that it will be down till 14th dec 2012.They are having issues involving the BMC.Areas affected : Borivali, Kandivali, Malad, Goregaon and JogeshwariIs anybody else from the western suburbs having an issue with Reliance broadband (wired)...?

Is anybody else from the western suburbs having an issue with Reliance broadband (wired)...?

Yeah I'm from malad East... i too have problem since october... and still not working... This guys have keptthe news to minimum and service not going to restore since i came to know that relaince had cable over the road and not underground network and relaince is not willing to go underground networking and BMC not giving permission for over raod cableing... So no solution switch your ISP...
