I get 700-800 kbps.

hi I am on 4mbps plan my download speed is around 3.5 mbps and upload from to 900 to 1.4 mbps. am i getting right speed?

Yeah your download speed is fine but there is no mention regarding upload speeds in Reliance. So can't say.
