Reliance Broadband New/old Customers Beware of Scams

Reliance customers who have have only Broadband installed please check your
Bills and check if you have non-existent Landline Registered under your bill
asking you to pay fixed charges up to Rs. 300/- which you do not owe reliance.
Reliance has the habit of giving broadband customers 1 or 2 landlines without their knowledge
this is done on purpose to loot customers of their money.
Only pay installation charges when you are signing up for broadband service
and once you have filled the new connection form, with marker write "broadband only" if you can.
tell them to send broadband charges in bill.
also if you are late to pay your bill, you are charged with Rs. 100/- extra.
this is also a source of free money for reliance. it really should be Rs. 10 or 20/-
If you do receive landline bill along with broadband bill,
Only pay broadband bill and absolutely refuse to pay landline bill.
you can check whether your landline is terminated or not by calling the number
if someone pick up the call, you can be sure your non-existent landline has been
stolen by most likely someone from reliance employee.
