Im from nagpur, and I live in pratap nagar, I called reliance CC and asked them weather I can get a connection or not, a guy came and said that there is no connectivity here in this area, I’m from pratap nagar the area next to on right side has connectivity the area to my left has, the area in front has connectivity but he said my area has no connection,, how is that even possible, I asked him wheather it is possible that I could get a connection in future, he said that there is no way that you can get a connection in this area, this is quite sad. So is there any way I can get a connection? Mayb thru landline? I’m very interested in reliance new thunder plans, are they accessable over landline plans?

Call them from mobile and it's 6 days and no response from them
I had to go to reliance web world myself and they said that its only available till poonam chambers
