Reliance Broadband - Help Needed

Hello all,

I am now online with Reliance BB and my Netgear Connected to it through WAN.

The thing is, Do i have to login once in 24 hours in the Reliance Portal? And if i login, that login should it be through computer? Or any device?

any device. there is a webpage where you login like any other web service. on a computer, you can run a script to login without opening the web browser. there are apps available i believe that can work from mobile devices.

Thanks for the reply. I've put my Computers MAC ID on the N300 router. So after 24 hours, I can turn on any device either through WIFI or Wired and go to reliance page for login in right?

It's not connected to MAC to the best of my knowledge.

It auto runs on boot and I think it stays running in the background. So even if Reliance logs out, it would connect automatically if the PC is running.

Right. For mobiles there are apps out there that can automate the process. I have not tried any so cannot recommend any specifically.
