If I have to do an online money transfer I have to get a password which National Electronics Funds Transfer System (NEFT) sends to me by SMS. My mobile is Reliance and they block this message. They bank says they took up the issue with the Reliance who are irresponsive. Shame on Reliance!

Which bank is this? When i do a NEFT transfer with SBI i have the added option of forgoing the SMS password and instead putting in my profile password. Mind you, profile password and login passwords are different.
Yes, there are different passwords for the account access and profile alteration. However, if I need to add a "State Bank Group Beneficiary", which is the only available option to do an online transfer, I need to get a "high security password" which is messaged to me. I asked the bank people if I can't disable this "high security password" and they said no. My bank is State Bank of Travancore.
