Currently, Air Deccan tickets can be purchased through the internet, the 24/7 call centre, travel agents or airport ticketing counters. Now customers can walk across to any neighbouring Reliance WebWorld to book Air Deccan tickets.

More importantly is the flexibility that it will offer customers to cancel or reschedule their journey contrary to the earlier conventional procedure where the passenger could collect refund for cancelled tickets only from the original point of sale. The new arrangement will now allow customers to cancel bookings and collect refund at any WebWorld store across the country, irrespective of which WebWorld store they would have purchased the ticket from.

nice but those 500 and 1 rupee tickets get sold the day they are releasedhow to get them ?

those Rs.500 tickects are the worst......u will hav a better experience in train

dont expect them to give u extra services other than transportation....no extra "frills" which u wud get from an normal ticket

obviously u dont get any frill's...wat can u expect to get for 500 bucks?..nywayz there aern't any major frills in "proper" Domestic airlines either..the food n drinks that they serve can be bought for 100 bucks in any restaurant..be it the economy class or the business class.Wld rather have cheap transportation without any rubbish frills provided there are no compromises on crew training or aircraft maintenance.
