i am in dehradun. i have been trying to connect to internet with reliance 2g sim. But every time it is showing "dial fail".i have written following in the connectin profile of data card😛rofile name:- reliance (i can be any thing)dial number:- *99# ( also try *99***1#)APN*:-smartnet (also try rcomnet)but every time it shows "dial fail"other sim cards are not showing any problem.IDEA 2g sim is giving 15KB/s downloading speed with 3g signal.i am not accepting such speed from reliance but atleast i should connect to internet.i also complained to customer care(198) but they were unable to solve the issue.i am thinking to complain in consumer court for my money back.
