Reliable Proxy servers?

BSNL Broadband -Home 500C
Hi...Today from morning, many BSNL users faced problem connecting to Http sites as everything was redirected to some site starting with 172.x.x.xI use normally from proxy4free .com . But since none of the sites werent working, i couldnt even grab one from any website.. Was totally out of Internet for few hours. So wondering if you are using any reliable proxy ip for long time, can you guys share it ? Or any https site thru which we can browse other websites ! (cant remember any at the moment.) I have used few to bypass javascript n stuff.. But, looking for some https(secured) 🙂thanks in advance
 
there are some more like the 1 you mentioned. like anonym.to is one. i installed TOR so i dont use other proxyservers.
