Regional channels on Airtel IPTV

Is anyone getting all the regional channels on airtel IPTV? I tried watching few kannada channels and I get the message "You are not subscribed to this channel". Screen also shows ERR_UNORDERED_CHANNELWhen I called the customer care they said due to badwidth problem they have not launched some regional channels in Bangalore.Is anyone facing this problem in Bangalore?Thanks,Gopichand Pai

are those channels mentioned in the list online?Else it may be that those channels are being tested, and hence not visible to you

Yes those channels are listed in airtel iptv website.
