Refund of Modem amount

I m from Chhattisgarh n user of BSNL BroadBand for Dec '05. My Modem is of Type I. Using Modem 8 months onrental basis, after 8 months i.e. on Aug '06. I purshased same Modem. In BSNL site under FAQ it is mentioned if someone purchase same moden and 50% of the amount is paid as rental, that amount will be adjusted at the time of purchase of Modem. My Modem sale price was 1200 Rs and 800 Rs i paid as rental. Now my question is how to get refund of 800 Rs. I purchased Modem in 1200 Rs as earlier i was not knowing this. Several applications i have given in BSNL office and even mailed higher authorities but no replies from them. Plz suggest me whom to contact.

Did you make CASH payment Or was debited in your telephone bill ?

make it brief. ( add std code )
give your A.O's circle address.
paid Rs 1200/= ( full amount No discount given for rental paid )
Your cost to be 1200 minus 800/2 = 1200 - 400 = Rs 800/=
Refund due Rs 400/= ( say modem S.D of rs 500 neither adjusted or refunded if applicable )
Later you have to approach Customer grievance cell.
check Bsnl MP site. for addresses. ( or for your State)

Did you get refund /or credit adjustment
for the Security Deposit for the modem ?
