lol this is a stupid power bank. spend 100 bucks more and get the mi branded one. you get 18w instead of 10w. made a mistake by buying this model because i don't like metal body power banks.

also none of the mi models seem to support usb-c to usb-c charging. this is hilarious shit. anyhow. Stuffcool seems like an option.

managed to return it. and ordered the mi one. realme models are better as they support output from usb-c port. but they lack microusb port which was kind of necessary in my case.
