Recommendations for cheapest prepaid plan for Jio?

I don't use my phone's internet much, just need calls and occasionally sending a message on WhatsApp when I'm outside. Since plan 98 is no longer available, are there any other plans or should I port to BSNL or Airtel?

I think it's ₹119 for 14 days...
If you want something below 100, then I think you might have to port out to BSNL.
