recharge on dolphin mobile mumbai via mtnl mumbai not possible GW00183error

iam using a linux system and when try to recharge via mtnl mumbai site,,which is redone, i click on debit card and select sbi atm card,,also it prompts for date and year which i do accept and add to the form filling and then the error come up,,,GW00183 card validation requiredAlso the security certificate has a problem and it allows to download a certificate and install,, but i try and it does not happen because i use linux systemAso i complained to the mtnl department but they are not able to solve it,,,also Banks like Canara,,,Mamaharashtra bank are not includded being a visa certified debit card
 
yesterday only i have recharged using Canara Bank debit card. just select sbi option and then u get a screen showing HDFC options. in that select other DEBIT CARDS and enter all the required details. make sure the card has not expired.
