Receiving Airtel 4G signals in Lucknow??

Hello i am receiving airtel 4g signals sometimes on my 3g sim. What could be the possible reason?

Airtel 4g is yet to be launched in UP(E). And secondly i am using my old airtel 3g sim. Both the conditions don't allow me to receive 4g signals.

Attached here is the proof and speed i am getting while on 4g

How old is your "old 3g" sim really? Maybe it's not that old (less than 3-4 years) and simply has the capability to connect to 4g already?
 
Reason could be they have activated the network and maybe testing it out before a launch announcement to come soon?
 
If you see in Pune where I'm located - they had 4G back since 2012 even before the hype/ads since last year of Airtel 4G "launch" - so this was years before!
